We’re looking for experts who have a proven track record of generating long-term value for the organization. Candidates who are focused on the customer’s demands and capable of managing a varied workforce in a changing business environment. They should also have good leadership and communication abilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and bring new clients for various business services.
- Well-managed and supervises the entire shift on the floor.
- Identify the key issues that need to be addressed for the client’s business and industry, and develop and present a strategy for the same.
- Developing and executing sales strategies and plans that support the company’s overall business objectives.
- Sourcing new opportunities for growth within the current markets.
- Execute a detailed analysis of the client’s business and industry.
- Identify key issues that need to be addressed for the client’s business and industry and their potential impact on the client’s business and industry.
- Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum Qualification – Any Graduate
Preferred Skills
- 3 – 5 years of work experience in any client-facing sales role.
- Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers.
- Team handling capabilities.
